OM311 Taiji

Prerequisites: None

This course introduces the fundamentals and basic principles of the Taiji, which is moving, breathing and meditating in a subtle way to promote smooth flow of qi in the body. Taiji is viewed as the exercise for an alternative medical practice.  This course will practice 24 Taiji forms, as well as incorporates foundational of Taiji’s steps, postures and movement, qigong warm ups, and drills in relation to the form.
