This is a meditation favorite because this method improves posture, respiration, and the ability to relax with greater ease. Qigong is one of the oldest forms of meditation and derives from ancient Chinese society. This art form of health and wellness uses breath to circulate energy through the body and energy centers. The focused combination on breathing techniques, movement, and meditation helps the individual to control their reactions to stress.

Instructor: Donald Walker

Donald Walker is a student of Wongu University and has been studying Qigong and martial arts for more than 15 years. He has been studying Qigong under the tutelage of Sifu Henry Poo Yee (Now Grandmaster Yee) since 1996 as a formal member of Chinese Kung Fu Academy of Southern Praying Mantis Federation. The system of his Qigong derived from Kwong Sai Jook Lum Gee Tong Long Pai and is called “Tin Sing Gong” or “Practice of Heavenly Fulfillment”. It is the soft Qigong for Internal and Medicinal purposes. The hard format of Qigong within his system is called “Nong Gong”and is for the purpose of incorporating external energies into the Martial aspects. The soft and hard energies are coordinated into one balancing the other. He is currently a “Yup Sut Dai Gee – Inner Gate Student” and have been teaching for the past 5 years; two years in Las Vegas.
