Prof. Stueber received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness, Promotion & Rehabilitation from Central Michigan University. She then went on to study Chinese Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington and earned a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has been a licensed acupuncture practitioner in the state of Indiana for over 6 years. In addition to her knowledge of Oriental medicine, Prof. Stueber has extensive experience in administrative roles as well. Prof. Stueber is currently teaching courses in herbology and Oriental medicine.
